Situation
Polecat Valley is a stunning semi - rural spot just on the outskirts of Haslemere. A private lane with only 8 houses, it is one of the most - sought after locations in the town. The lane itself is a walk-way or bridle path taking you up to miles of open common land through Hindhead Common and later onward into the Devil's Punchbowl. Although it is on the rural fringes of Haslemere and has a "country" feel to it, the train station in Haslemere is only just over a mile away. There are good road links to London and also the south coast and the town is on the cusp of three counties.
