Characterised by rendered brick, half weather-boarded elevations, the property is situated in an elevated position in a rural location on the southern edge of Danehill village and benefits from superb panoramic views to the South Downs and to Horsted Keynes.
Internally, the accommodation is light and bright, decorated in Farrow & Ball colours throughout. Points of note include a number of double aspect rooms, stripped pine flooring, oak beams and double glazing.
