Planning permission was granted in October 2006 for the change of use of the Grainstore to B1 (Business) and B8
(Storage) use under planning consent ref WP/2006/0479/F. The consent has since lapsed.

The Land

The Land comprises 85.89 acres of arable land, 14.01 acres of pasture, and 20.55 acres of woodland & ponds. The soil type is described as being of the Banbury Association, a well-drained brashy, fine and coarse loamy soil over ironstone, according to the Soil Survey of England and Wales.

The Land is well served off a farm track through the centre.
