We are never short of visitors as one can literally walk to the beach in less than a minute and then stroll along the sea front into the town centre, which has many friendly pubs and restaurants. This is when our annexe becomes so useful as a place where guests can stay and enjoy their own privacy without disrupting the rest of house.
One of our favourite rooms is the garden room, it is such a versatile space, where we tend to spend much of our time relaxing and enjoying the garden. It really is a lovely room, full of sunlight from mid morning to late evening with French doors opening onto our sun trap terrace. It is a perfect secluded spot for alfresco meals and watching spectacular sunsets. We are fortunate to have such a large garden so close to town and have cultivated it in a way that requires minimal maintenance, whilst rewarding us with a pleasant cottage style vista of plants and shrubs.
