Full description:

When you first walk into the imposing reception hall of this house you cannot fail to be blown away by its show home condition and the quality of the fixtures and fittings.

The present owners have spent fortunes on the property since buying it in 2006 with improvements including a luxury Burbridge fitted kitchen in natural oak with granite work tops, new UPVC double glazed windows and quality flooring throughout.

The owners were initially attracted to the house as it was built by Berkeley Homes in 1999 and as they had previously owned a property by the same builder they knew it to be a quality home with character, style and space. They were also taken by it being only one of a small development of three executive style units in a private cul-de-sac in this sought after location.

The meticulous care taken of the house extends to the landscaped gardens both front and rear, and the double garage and driveway for 5 cars is the icing on the cake.

This house is the complete package in a prime location, which oozes quality, class and is ready to move into so book your viewing today to appreciate the value for money being offered.

What the Owner says:

We moved back to Sittingbourne in 2006 and knew the areas we wanted to be in and Bapchild was certainly one of our preferred locations. When this house came on the market it bought back memories of the property we had previously owned several years ago. We knew the builders and particularly liked the character and traditional styling of their designs. The layout and room sized suited our needs and we converted the 5th bedroom into a dressing room.

We have always seen our various homes over the years as projects and enjoy making improvements inside and out. This house has been no exception and we have spent much time and money, improving our home with quality very much in mind.
