The property also benefits from a detached cottage style annexe which could provide ancillary accommodation which could lend itself to a variety of uses; as a home office, guest accommodation or self contained annexe. Both properties require updating in certain areas. Please note there is no development potential and the properties cannot be sub-divided into separate dwellings.
