I moved here 6 years ago as the location was simply perfect for me. I am literally less than 5 minutes to Tooting station so access into London has been effortless. I also loved the fact that I am just 15 minutes from the nearest tube station. It has also been nice being the ground floor flat with direct access out onto my garden as it is perfect for drying clothes and soaking up the sun! Since living here I have re-decorated and had a new boiler installed. I am only moving as I have 3 boys and need somewhere bigger where we can all live. I really hope to stay local but I know I will not be that lucky!
