North Cray Riding Centre although within the M25 and close to a large conurbation is in fact quietly tucked away in Parsonage Lane. The Equestrian Centre

The Equestrian Centre facilities include an office, purpose built ladies and gents WC facilities, a feed room and canteen with its own kitchen facilities. The majority of stables have been established for a number of years and are principally of timber construction, some have a locker built within the stables suitable to hold tack and grooming equipment. The stables are divided up between 4 principal yards.
The main indoor riding arena is an Atcost barn 105' x 60' with an excellent eaves height to allow for jumping. Stables have been installed at either end of this barn which could easily be removed if the whole area was needed for schooling. On the lower side of the barn are a further range of stables and this area could be utilised as a viewing gallery. There is also a further clear span Atcost barn 75' x 40' principally used for hay/ straw/ machinery storage.
The majority of teaching is undertaken in the floodlit outdoor school, approximately 180' x 90', which also has a covered viewing area. There is a smaller sand school approximately 100' x 50'.
There is ample space to park vehicles, trailers and lorries in the vicinity of the pond. A track way leads between 8 post and rail turnout paddocks and then to the bottom field. The property amounts to just over 10 acres.

Directions

From the M25 J3/ M20 J1 exit take the A20 towards Sidcup. After about 4 miles take the slipway off the A20 to the roundabout below and take the 4th exit onto the A223 Edgington Way. Continue over the next roundabout into North Cray Road and continue to the next roundabout. Go right around the roundabout going onto the other side of North Cray road, ignore the turning to Bunkers Hill but take the next left marked to Parsonage Lane. The road runs parallel with the carriageway for a short section and then turns left. Continue up this lane and the property will be found on the right hand side after about 0.25 mile.
