When we first bought our home 20 years ago, it was more or less derelict. It was a repossession and we bought it at auction – we were just starting out in the property market and it was at the time about all we could afford for a home in a nice location.

We originally bought our home as a 2 bedroom detached bungalow with a garage and have extended it at the back and we have also gone upwards. We have started our lives together here and have got married while we have been here and also had our children here, so it is filled with many happy memories for us, but the time has come now where we feel our children are now growing up and we would now like another project.
