Over the years The Fairoak Grange Estate has been developed into an all round residential and commercial property. It combines an attractive principal house, holiday let business and a commercial farming enterprise with an excellent range of versatile barns and outbuildings.
The farm offers enormous scope for a multitude of uses whether they be leisure for the private individual or commercial use. Within the picturesque and undulating grounds numerous enterprises could be established including off roading, paintballing and equestrian uses.
Standing to the end of a long drive, Fairoak Grange is an attractive farmhouse with an outlook over its sweeping parkland. It has the benefit of a traditional courtyard which was rebuilt and converted in 2007 into four holiday lets, conference/games room and farm office.
The farmhouse offers comfortable living accommodation with three reception rooms, two of which have open fires. The fitted kitchen enjoys views to the garden and opens to the utility room with shower room off. Stairs ascend to the landing off which are four bedrooms, two of which benefit from vanity units, and the family bathroom.
Outside the gardens are mainly laid to lawn offering privacy from the courtyard to the front.
The holiday cottages are set around an attractive central courtyard which was re-built using the original sandstone and stylishly converted in 2007. All of the holiday cottages have been refurbished to a high standard and have delightful views.
