Travelling north along the A470, exit at the roundabout signposted Nelson, Ystrad Mynach. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A4054, Aberfan. Continue through Quakers Yard, Edwardsville and enter Merthyr Vale. In Merthyr Vale, take a left hand turning signposted Wesley Place, towards the train station and follow the B4285 to Aberfan. At the T junction turn right onto Aberfan Road and follow the road until you approach the New School. Turn left and immediately right onto The Grove. Continue along The Grove to the dead end. The site can be found behind Oakfield Street.
