Dad was originally looking for an apartment or small bungalow and never thought he could afford anything in Emsworth, so it was a real delight when we found this little gem. The location is so quiet and relaxed and it is also so easy to get into Emsworth by foot or out and about by bus or railway, he absolutely loved it here. It was brand new when he bought it and much of the home remains un-used and it really is very attractive throughout, with a bright and sunny living room, separate kitchen and two comfortable bedrooms. Dad thoroughly enjoyed his time in this great park and I am sure the next owner will enjoy it just as much.
