This home has been in the family since 1937 so a very long time!
We were both born here so you can imagine the memories it holds for us.
Our parents were going to move many years ago but they couldn't find a location that compared to this one so they changed their mind and spent money here instead.
Over the years the property has been re-wired but more recently, there has been a new boiler fitted as well as a new kitchen installed and new carpets put down.
It was always perfect for them for getting into the town too as it is a lovely flat walk to the shops and is only just at the end of Beddington Gardens so not too difficult for them. We know the new owners will be happy here for a long time too.
