We built this glorious home as a project with the intention of moving on, but we were so impressed with what was on offer here that we have stayed for 15 years.
The property is ideally positioned with spectacular, uninterrupted panoramic views of the English Channel; presenting beautiful sunrises in the morning and moonlit glistening sea with twinkling boat lights in the
evening. Everyday offers a changing view, one that you will never bore of.

We have enjoyed fabulous coastal and countryside walks, and for the more energetic there are many bike routes, that can be accessed from
the house.

Being able to pack up our beach bags and wonder down the slip way to be on the beach within minutes has been a real joy and we have spent many a lazy day on the beautiful, sandy beaches around the bay…

Nearby, the towns of Sandown and Shanklin offer a good mix of restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. Also located nearby are schools, leisure centre and transport links to the rest of the Island, the
mainland and London.
