Description

There has been a 'Wickhurst Farm' on this site since at least 1825, and it is likely that the original Farmhouse was built around this time. The house that exists today is however predominantly Victorian in character with good ceiling heights, bay windows, wide hall and door ways with panelled doors and decorative fireplaces in several of the rooms. Other points of note include tall, low set windows, dado rails and period style radiators.

The rooms are well proportioned and a single storey extension has been added to the rear of the house to provide a modern open plan kitchen / breakfast room. Directions

From Tunbridge Wells follow the B2169 through Bells Yew Green towards Lamberhurst. Having passed Frant station, continue for approximately 1½ miles before turning right onto Bartley Mill Road (signposted to Cousley Wood). The driveway to the property will be found after approximately half a mile on the left hand side, at the top of the hill.
