TERMS OF LETTING
1.Applicants who wish to apply for the tenancy should do so in writing by completing a Letsure Tenant Assessment Form giving all details as requested. Partially completed application forms will not be accepted.
2.Applicants will be required to complete the attached Rentshield Tenant Questionnaire at a cost of £35.00 payable on application.
3.The tenancy will be an Assured Shorthold Tenancy commencing as soon as the legal formalities are completed. The Tenancy Agreement Fee is £150.00 + VAT The term will be initially for six months but may be renewable.
4. The rent for the property will be £650.00 per calendar month. and payable monthly in advance.
