Damage Deposit

Contents Insurance

It is a condition of your tenancy that you obtain contents insurance for your possessions throughout the duration of your occupation of the property. The Tenancy

The property is offered on an assured shorthold tenancy. Unless otherwise stated it will be for an initial six month fixed term but shorter or longer may be acceptable please ask for further information. Should a short-term be agreed (i.e less than six months) with the landlord, an administration fee of £125.00 plus VAT will be payable to Grisdales. It is recommended that you seek professional independent advice upon all aspects of tenancy.

Applications

Applications for the tenancy are to be made to Grisdales. Each applicant over 18 years of age are to complete a Letsure Tenancy Assessment Form (available from the office) which is to be returned to Grisdales with the agency fee of £99.00 per applicant. This is to be submitted to the agency for tenant assessment, after which we shall advise you as to the outcome.
