Handling everything is something that we strive to do, and whether you are a landlord or a tenant, you will be assigned one of our highly skilled property managers that will manage your property on a day to day basis. Your property manager will be able to conduct all advertising and marketing activities, conduct viewings, inspections and assess the suitability of potential properties and tenants. They will also be on hand to answer the phone if you need them - some of them can even make a great cup of tea when you decide to drop in!
