Factotum have been providing top quality letting services since 1985. Initially a family business, we have expanded over the years still retaining our ethos and ethics that are central to the way we operate. We conduct two main activities throughout the year, long and short term letting, specialising in festival lets over the summer period. This mix of competencies attracts landlords all year round and gives us the opportunity to offer high quality, affordable properties to our tenants. Our approach towards our clients is summed up in our motto "Always Accommodating", we are available 24 hours a day to our clients and try, wherever possible, to accommodate our clients needs.

We are backed up with several sister companies and technical specialist agencies to allow us to handle everything from a leak to a blown bulb and everything in between. Factotum Homes, a company in its own right, is always on hand to offer emergency services and expert advice whenever they are needed. This is all glued together with our own purpose built bespoke IT systems that not only allow us to manage our large portfolio in the same way that we have been doing for over 25 years but also allows our landlords to access their property file remotely to keep abreast of the current situation with their property.

Handling everything is something that we strive to do, and whether you are a landlord or a tenant, you will be assigned one of our highly skilled property managers that will manage your property on a day to day basis. Your property manager will be able to conduct all advertising and marketing activities, conduct viewings, inspections and assess the suitability of potential properties and tenants. They will also be on hand to answer the phone if you need them - some of them can even make a great cup of tea when you decide to drop in!
