It is our members (which include estate agents, commercial agents lettings agents, landlords, new home developers and overseas home owners) that display property details for you to view.

    These Terms set out all of the rules and obligations that apply to your use of the Site.


    By using our Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site.


    We recommend that you print and keep a copy of these Terms for future reference. They are a legally binding agreement between you and us.


    These Terms may also make reference to other terms that apply when using our Site, such as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using our Site, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with these policies.

    All content that you upload to our Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary and we have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any such content for any purpose. We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who claims or alleges that content posted or uploaded by you to our Site breaches that third parties' legal rights.

    Be genuinely held (where you state opinions); and

    To receive details of properties on this Site, you must submit a completed registration form to us. At our discretion, we may refuse your application for registration. If we accept your application for registration, we will confirm this by sending you an email containing your account ID.


    Each registration is for a single user only. You must not share your username and password with any other person or with multiple users on a network.

Information you give us: We will collect the information that you give to us when using our Site. Once in their possession, our member will be responsible for that information and that information will be subject to any privacy terms or policies that the member has in place; we are not responsible for use (or misuse) of your information by any of our members.

When our service is available via the websites of our partners, those partners may have access to your information. We may also have links to other websites from our Site. We are not responsible for the content, security, privacy policies and practices of any other websites, even if you access them using links from this Site or if you can access this Site or use our services from them. We recommend that you check the policy of each website that you visit and make sure that you are comfortable with the terms of such policies before providing any personal information.

If our business is sold or merged, or if we sell or buy any business or assets, we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets. We will make sure that any such transfer is done in a secure way.
