Description

Setting the scene…

Welcome to Liberty Park, an impressive development of new homes set around a large area of public open space. The scheme has been meticulously designed and developed from planning to completion to provide distinctive homes that are practical, stylish and ideal for anyone looking to live in a much sought-after part of the Kent countryside.

Wainscott was once famously immortalised in Dickens’ Great Expectations and was also the template used by early American settlers for the self-styled hamlet in Suffolk County, New York. From those early days in history, Wainscott has blossomed into a flourishing community, surrounded by buzzing town centres and beautiful natural landscapes.

A place called home

A home at Liberty Park is much more than a property. It’s the place you look forward to coming home to, where you feel secure, comfortable and relaxed, part of a community, surrounded by friends. It’s easy to understand why Liberty Park is considered one of the most sought-after addresses in the region.

Achieving the delicate balance between work and play is made that much easier by the close proximity to London and other south-east centres. So whether you are a first time buyer, or have a family and are looking to become part of a vibrant community, Crest Nicholson has the answer. Even commuters seeking a convenient base or couples looking to downsize after the children have moved on, Liberty Park has something for everyone.
