    We continuously strive for excellence in every aspect of the job that we do, whilst managing director David Jones meets with the sales team every single morning to personally oversee all day-to-day developments for every property and client on our books.

    Each member of our sales team is an experienced professional of the very highest calibre, trained to handle all aspects of the job in exactly the right way. Because we work very closely as a team it means that every member of staff knows exactly what is going on, and more importantly knows how to deal with it.

    David Jones MNAEA 
    Director

    David is the director responsible for our three offices in Kidderminster, Bewdley and Stourport, having lived and worked in the local area now for over 25 years. He handles the sale of all types of residential property and personally oversees all property matters within the business.

    His friendly and approachable manner, together with a well-earned reputation for honesty, integrity and attention to detail, means that he is a trusted adviser to various local solicitors, property developers and other associated professionals. 

    David became managing partner of Allan Morris & Jones in 2009 after spending several years as partner and head of estate agency with Shropshire firm Nock Deighton, based in Bridgnorth.  Prior to this he had spent six years as Kidderminster branch manager with Andrew Grant during the 1990s. 

    He is a fully licensed Member of the National Association of Estate Agents, having first been admitted as an Associate in 1993, and also writes a regular property market column for the Kidderminster Shuttle newspaper each month. 

    Away from the office David lives locally with his wife and family in the village of Cookley, and is a long-suffering season ticket holder at Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.

    Caroline Morse Dip REA, FNAEA 
    Sales Manager 

    Caroline has accumulated a wealth of experience in the Wyre Forest property market over the last two decades, having previously managed the offices of two other local independent estate agents before joining Allan Morris & Jones in 2013. 

    With responsibility for overseeing all sales at our Kidderminster, Bewdley and Stourport offices from offer stage through to completion, Caroline also undertakes a wide variety of property valuations for all purposes as well as managing the office administrative systems. 

    Appreciated for her calm, methodical and down to earth approach, she holds the highest professional qualification in the industry (Dip REA) and was admitted as a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents in 2011. 

    Originally from Yorkshire, Caroline travelled the world in her early career before returning to the UK and entering the estate agency profession. She has lived in both Stourport and Kidderminster over the last twenty years, belonging to a number of local clubs and hobby groups.

    Siobhan Clancy 
    Sales Negotiator 

    Siobhan joined Allan Morris & Jones following a very successful career in the estate agency and financial services sector over the last twenty years. 

    After starting out in banking where she quickly rose to a management position, she then joined the national Halifax Estate Agency chain in 2002 holding a number of senior management roles before relocating to Belfast to set up and oversee the Halifax estate agency division of 14 offices in Northern Ireland. 

    She eventually returned to the West Midlands where she was responsible for setting up a number of newly franchised corporate estate agency offices before taking a career break to fulfil a lifelong ambition of working in a veterinary surgery. 

    Living locally in Kidderminster, Siobhan was delighted to return to the estate agency profession with our respected practice where her role involves handling sale negotiations and reviewing our ongoing marketing of properties for sale, ensuring that clients are kept fully up to date with all progress and developments.

    Audrey Massey 
    Sales Negotiator 

    Audrey joined Allan Morris & Jones in 2010 after spending over 17 years at the Halifax Building Society where she rose to a management position as well as subsequently becoming a fully qualified mortgage and personal financial adviser. 

    Her in depth professional experience means she is particularly well qualified to advise our clients on their individual circumstances, whilst buyers and sellers can all be sure of receiving honest and well informed advice at all times. 

    A natural sales person with a passion for providing excellent customer service, Audrey is responsible for continuously reviewing the ongoing marketing of our individual properties for sale and handling sale negotiations between buyers and sellers. 

    Apart from a couple of spells spent living in Sri Lanka and China due to her husband's work, Audrey has always lived in Kidderminster and therefore has a wealth of local knowledge together with a longstanding personal interest in the property world.
