    Anthony is the founder and director of Anthony Martin Estate Agents. He is responsible for overseeing all departments as well as expanding the business. An entrepreneur and businessman from a young age, he has grown the company from a one-man operation to a network of 5 branches with over 25 team members. His ambition is to develop Anthony Martin into the largest and the most successful independent estate agency in the country.

    He is highly motivated, ambitious, and prides himself on his ability to get on with people.Anthony's commitment to keeping his clients and customers happy is paramount, and he knows this is the key to a successful business.

    Charlie Benn, Lettings Director
    Charlie Benn is not far shy of an 'oldie' when it comes to working at Anthony Martin Estate Agents, being Anthony Martins first ever employee starting in April 2011. Since starting Charlie has rapidly risen from Trainee to Lettings Manager in just shy of 5 years. His personal approach and positive outlook makes no challenge too big or too small for him. Charlie is his own biggest critic in which he strives to give Landlords and Tenants the best service possible. "I have incredibly high expectations for myself, and for everyone who works with me. The client always comes first, and when we keep our clients happy, they come back to us because of our staff's hard work, honesty and professionalism."     James Bennett, Lettings Manager
    James Began his career with Anthony Martin in December 2014. He joined the Lettings team as a trainee with the long term target of building on and improving the success set by Charlie. Anthony has stated 'James picked up working within an estate agency quickly and with ease, some people are born with it and James is one of them. James has a great knowledge in lettings, not only that, he has a great likeability factor and is a pleasure to work with in the office.' Within a short time James helped the lettings department grow and within just 6 months the targets had been exceeded. James is now running the lettings from his own branch in Bexleyheath with a fresh set of targets to be aimed at.

      Luke began his career in 2009 working for the largest independent agent in the south. He was one of their top selling negotiators in their busy Gravesend office. Luke joined Anthony Martin in 2013 as a Branch Manager opening our Bexleyheath office which took the local market by storm.
