    One of Arnolds Keys' longest servers, Phil has been with the firm most of his working life, starting at the North Walsham office, spending some time in Norwich, before settling in the Aylsham office, which he runs. A residential specialist, he also offers expertise in probate and agricultural matters.Originally from Birmingham, Phil came to Norfolk when he married, and they has two adult sons and a granddaughter. A keen golfer, he plays off an 18 handicap at a variety of Norfolk and Suffolk courses, and is also a supporter of North Walsham Rugby Club, where he is now a spectator, although he did play in his younger days in the Midlands and London area.

    Paul Sullivan-Residential Branch Manager
    Paul has 'come home' to his home town of Aylsham after spending much of his career working in other parts of Norfolk. A property professional since leaving college, he now oversees residential sales at our Aylsham office, responsible for all aspects of the business, from valuing and taking instructions, through to seeing sales completed.He has worked in estate agents offices around the county, but was brought up in Aylsham, where he was educated at Aylsham High School.Paul is married with two children and a granddaughter. A very keen runner, he has completed several marathons, including six or seven in London, where his best time is a very credible 2:55:10. He enjoys all sports, including badminton, snooker and fishing.

    Christine Carrigan-Sales Negotiator
    Christine is the first face most people see at the Aylsham office, where she welcomes clients, as well as doing all the things a sales negotiator role entails: preparing particulars, managing the database, arranging and accompanying viewings, progressing sales and dealing with solicitors. She particularly enjoys seeing a sale through to completion. She has been in the Norfolk property profession for 30 years.Born in Norfolk, Christine now lives in Hevingham with her husband and what she calls her 'family of animals' - a dog, nine cats and a rabbit. She is very keen on wildlife, and raises funds for a variety of animal charities both in the UK and overseas. She is also interested in the theatre, and enjoys gardening and cooking.

    With 44 years in estate agency, Ruth is one of the most experienced people at Arnolds Keys. Her present role involves sorting out property details, arranging viewings, creating tenancy documents and inventories, accounting to landlords and keeping records such as Gas safety certification. She gained the ARLA Foundation Competency Test with Merit in 2005.Originally from Essex, Ruth's first job was with an estate agent in Epping. In 1992 she moved to Norfolk with her husband, and she has been involved in the county's property scene ever since.A real animal lover, Ruth keeps geese, ducks and hens, and enjoys walking and reading. She also spends quite a bit of time supporting her children's sporting activities: her daughter plays rugby and her son drives in the Super 1 Karting category.Ruth's ambition is also property-related: she would love to build her own home to her own specification, an aim she says she intends to fulfil.
