    Clive Hedges-Partner
    Clive joined Arnolds Keys straight from school - in fact, he was working for the firm on Saturdays even before that. Although he has completed training in the auction rooms, Clive's first love is residential, and he is now Partner in charge of the Residential team. He still enjoys the cut and thrust of the deal, and makes sure he keeps his hand in by carrying out valuations and negotiations.Having been with the firm so long, he often finds himself handling the sale of properties he first sold more than 30 years ago. He is currently Chair of charitable housing trust The Stable Door.Sheringham born and bred, Clive is married with two young children. After his family, his two passions are running and music. He is Chair of the North Norfolk Beach Runners, and has run the London Marathon seven times, as well as four other marathons, with his personal best time a very creditable 3hrs 10 mins 10 secs. His musical activities include playing tuba with the Sheringham Salvation Army band.Clive's ambition is to break the three hour barrier in a marathon.

    Paul Winterbourne-Assistant Manager
    As well as his responsibilities as assistant manager helping to lead the team at Sheringham, Paul is very hands on as a sales negotiator, and takes particular responsibility for after-sales care. Born and bred in Sheringham, he spent three years in the hotel trade before joining Arnolds Keys over 20 years ago.Married and living in Gresham, Paul is a busy musician, playing cornet in the Sheringham Salvation Army band, which he also conducts, and playing piano in church. His other passion is motor-racing, and like a true petrolhead, he drives an Alfa Romeo. He has driven a Lotus Elise around the Hethel test track, and his ambition is to drive a Formula 1 car.

    Joe Hall-Sales Negotiator
    Often the first face that visitors to the Sheringham office see, Joe's role includes arranging and accompanying viewings, keeping in contact with vendors, and negotiating the sale as it progresses.Sheringham born and bred, Joe has always been a people person, with previous roles as Front of House manager at Cromer Pier and Sales Operations Manager at Sheringham Little Theatre ensuring that he is well-known in the area.Joe joined Arnolds Keys full time in 2013, but had worked part-time for the firm since 2012, on a project to integrate the Sheringham and Cromer offices onto a new computer system.Creativity runs deep in his veins, and he enjoys making models and small-scale sculptures, both as a hobby and for occasional local commissions - including figureheads on show in Holkham Hall. He has been helping his parents design and build their own house for the past 18 months, and his ambition is one day to design and build his own home.

    David Jones-Manager, Keys Holidays
    David runs Keys Holidays, the self-catering holiday arm of Arnolds Keys. His role includes recruiting property owners, inspecting properties, liaising with and advising owners, putting together the brochure and website, and dealing with holidaymakers.With a background in property, David worked for a number of agencies over a 12 year period across Norfolk and Suffolk before joining Arnolds Keys, both on the sales and lettings sides.After travelling widely with the Services, David's family settled in Wroxham in 1989, and Norfolk has been home for him ever since. He enjoys football, both playing with the same UEA-based 7-a-side team for two decades, and supporting Everton. He has run two marathons in Amsterdam and Paris, and has an ambition to run the Munich marathon, in under four hours - 16 minutes quicker than his current personal best of 4:16.

    Gayle Baxter-Administrator
    Gayle splits her time in the office, with half her week providing administration support for the sales team, typing up property details, booking viewings and arranging valuations. The other half of her week is spent working on the holiday lettings side of the business, taking on new properties, dealing with owners, and taking bookings from holidaymakers.Born and bred in Norfolk, Gayle has lived in Sheringham for all but two years of her life, and brought up her two children, now 24 and 21, in the town. She enjoys walking on the beach, and gardening - she has recently moved to a new house in the town, and is currently busy planning her new garden.
