By the early 2000s, after many years working in the property market, Alex Reeves had started to feel indignant that both landlords and tenants were getting a raw deal from traditional agents: astronomical charges coupled with terrible service.
So in 2005 I set up Berkeley Way: to show that residential property in London, across all price brackets and in all locations, really can be managed cost effectively, proactively and reliably.
The passion that drove me to start the company is what continues to motivate our team today. It's hard wired into the Berkeley Way DNA - it's the way we manage.
