      • Be available 7 days a week via telephone whenever you have a query or concern that you wish to raise with us, and if we're not able to take your call at the time, we will respond within the hour as soon as we receive your message.

      • Be honest, transparent, and professional throughout our entire dealings with you.

      • Put our heart and soul into achieving your sale and letting within your required timescale.

      • Respond to all online and email enquiries within 60 minutes.

      About the Team...
      At Branocs we are more of a family than a workforce.  Each of our agents is always personally available to speak to our clients both during and outside of normal working hours.  Not only do we work in our local area, but each of our team also live within the Braintree area and all attended local schools, meaning we know the area better than anybody.  Selling or Renting a property isn't just about promoting the features inside the four walls, we also talk to our prospective clients about the local area, amenities, and features to give a much better understanding of the location they are interested in.

      Tristan Woolfenden - Director
      In 2014 Tristan set out on his quest to establish a family run estate agents that offered a uniquely different approach to the traditional High Street estate agent.  Having worked for a private estate for eight years previously managing a portfolio of over 400 properties, Branocs Estates were born and entered the market in April 2014.  Today Tristan is responsible for overseeing all business operations and is a qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents, and the Association of Residential Letting Agents.  Tristan currently lives in Great Notley and specialises in both the sale and letting of properties in the Great Notley and CM77 location.  

      In his spare time, Tristan enjoys all sports, and often travels the country supporting his beloved Ipswich Town!

      Gavin Woolfenden - Lettings Manager
      Gavin has extensive experience letting and managing residential property and previously worked for another High Street estate agent, prior to teaming up with his older brother!  Gavin builds relationships with our landlord clients and maintains a level of personal service unrivalled by other agents.  When he isn't nagging his brother, Gavin enjoys holidays abroad and is a strong Arsenal supporter!

      Marshall Lanham - Sales Negotiator
      Marshall joined Branocs Estates in 2015 having previously completed his apprenticeship with another reputable High Street estate agent.  Marshall assists with all aspects of the buying and selling process and is often seen hosting viewing appointments and is also the professional photographer of the team!  Marshall lives within the village of Bocking and attended Alec Hunter Secondary School, giving him a strong knowledge of the local area.  In his spare time he enjoys travelling, eating out, and is a keen Chelsea fan.

      Anthony is the newest member of our team joining in January 2016.  He lives within the extremely popular Kings Park Village, and attended the Alec Hunter Secondary School.  Anthony assists with the daily running of our Sales, Lettings and Management portfolio and is often the first port of call for our prospective buyers and tenants when arranging viewings or requesting property details.  Anthony is hoping to pass his driving test in the near future to enable him to get out of the office and host viewings, and in his spare time he enjoys socialising with friends and supporting Manchester Utd!
