- Erect 'For Sale' board (with your approval)
- Contact via phone and email our extensive database gathered from website enquiries and our branch network as well as face to face to find potential buyers
- Measure the results of online marketing activity and advise of small changes that may help secure the sale of your property
- All viewings will be accompanied by an experienced member of the sales team that has visited the property
- Viewing appointments will be confirmed at least 24 hours before and viewing feedback will be delivered the next working day
- All offers will be negotiated by a senior member of the sales team to negotiate the best possible price
