        friendliness and professionalism
        Right from the very beginning I was impressed at the friendliness and professionalism of Churchills in Wanstead. Alex originally came and gave me a very fair and realistic valuation and took some very stunning pictures showing my home at its very best. Such is there diligence that if it happens to be a cloudy day they come back as soon as the sky is brighter and re-take the photos. What perfectionists !When you look at Right Move their photos are the best of the bunch ! The whole team at Wanstead work really well as a team and during the process I got to know them quite well. The viewing day managed by Steve went very well and meant I could leave him to the viewings while I went shopping. All the way through the selling cycle Alex and Kevin kept me informed at every stage - from the offer s that came in through to exchange and then completion. Ross and Claudia also play a key roles in the team. What a great bunch of Estate Agents - and I never thought I would ever say that !!!         We got 3 local estate agents to give us a valuation. Of the 3, Churchills certainly had all their 'ducks in a row' with hard evidence of recent sales and validating their valuation of the property. Throughout the process (which has not been without some hiccups) we have have found them highly professional and pleasant to deal with. They have always done what they promised to do, & returned calls when asked to do so.
