    Josh Wood - Area Letting Manager
    Having started his career in the property industry in 2013, Josh began in Clyde Property's Byres Road office, as a Property Manager. Due to his enthusiastic and customer service driven attitude, Josh was able to provide our new and existing clients with a successful hands on approach to their property management needs time and time again.

    After a brief time at one of Glasgow's largest property Factors between 2015 and 2016, Josh returned to Clyde Property as Technical Team Leader. Having amassed a huge wealth of experience in the residential property sector, Josh was well equipped to assist and advise our new and existing clients in all aspects of their compliance requirements.

    In April 2017, Josh was appointed Area Letting Manager for Clyde Property's Hamilton office, where his passion for outstanding service and delivering truly unrivalled customer care continues.

      Coming from a family background in Property Development, entering Property Sales seemed like a natural stop for Chloe when choosing her career path. She started work in her local branch of Clyde Property in Helensburgh in 2011 as an Administrator thereby acquiring a good grounding in all aspects of Property Sales. From here she was invited in 2015 to join the Bearsden Branch where she proved a valuable asset to the team.
