    Yvonne has been working in estate agency and letting for over 30 years and during that time has ammassed a huge wealth of experience in the residential property market. Joining Clyde Property's letting team in February 1999 from Slater Hogg, Yvonne has been based in our Byres Road office since 2004 as Senior Letting Negotiator, successfully completed her ARLA qualification.

    In 2012 Yvonne was promoted to Letting Valuer for both the West End and Shawlands office and her experience and local knowledge of both Glasgow markets has helped countless clients secure the right investment, from first time landlords to experienced property investors with a property portfolio.

      Lewis Gilmore - Area Director
      Having started his career at Clyde Property's Byres Road branch in January 2007, Lewis started as a Trainee Estate Agent. Within six months he was promoted to the position of Trainee Valuer and moved to the Stirling office where formal training would stand him in good stead for a bright future with the company. In this position, Lewis' love for traditional tenement flats was quickly replaced with one for sprawling detached villas, idyllic countryside dwellings and the personal nature of selling homes for growing families.

      After a fruitful five months of training, Lewis was then appointed Valuer in Clyde Property's Hamilton branch where he works and lives to this day. This gave Lewis the opportunity to diversify his role, taking on responsibilities for letting valuation as well as Estate Agency. Having worked in this role for over six years, Lewis has an un-rivalled local knowledge of both sales and letting throughout the Lanarkshire territory and now holds the position of Area Director.

      Derek Hughes - Area Director
      Derek rejoined Clyde Property in 2013 with a decade of Estate Agency and Letting experience. Initially running our successful letting operations in Stirling and Falkirk, Derek's talent and sales approach to letting saw Clyde Property dominate the rental markets in these areas. With his eyes firmly set on a move back to Estate Agency and having set up home in the South Side for the last ten years, Derek now heads up Estate Agency in the Shawlands office as Area Director.
