The Lettings Team
We all know that you can’t beat local knowledge but increasingly we’re finding that you can’t beat experience either. Do you invest in a safe and secure, long established agent with a proven track record or do you take risks and utilise recently established lettings companies or dare we say it, a selling agent ‘turning their hand’ to lettings due to the current climate. Together, we have almost 20 years lettings experience; our lettings team have all been brought up in the town and all still live here too. We provide a fully managed service, or if you want us to find and qualify a tenant for you we have a let only service as well. We’re on hand seven days a week to give advice to landlords, investors and tenants alike.


The Sales Team
Well, between us we have almost 40 years of estate agency experience. We aim to see your selling and buying process through from day one until the day of completion, keeping you informed is the key to success.

We pride ourselves in our commitment to our clients. We are members of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents. In addition to this we’re licensed members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and are in the process of licensing for the National Association of Lettings Agents too. You’ll find our office in a prominent position on the High Street opposite Waitrose with free parking close by. We all look forward to meeting you.
