paragraphThe lettings market has certainly gained momentum with activity levels being very healthy across all price ranges. August was particularly successful month and we arranged a record number of tenancies which was a really encouraging sign of the market.
We also had multiple offers on many of our properties meaning the pendulum has swung slightly and it is much less of a Tenant's market than before. This busy spell means that we have shifted a lot of stock and are constantly looking to increase our property register to service this demand.
The market remains quite price sensitive and competitive but as long as properties are priced and presented accordingly, they will let.
