You, or Dacre Son & Hartley may at any time withdraw instructions until terminated by either party by giving the other 14 days notice in writing to this effect.
Unless commission becomes payable - in the event that a purchaser exchanges contracts but fails to complete the purchase, our commission will become payable out of the deposit monies held by your solicitors within 7 days of the contracted completion date. Or additional expenses are incurred there will be no additional charges.
If the Seller withdraws instructions after a purchaser has been found who is ready, willing and able to proceed, Dacre, Son & Hartley reserve the right to charge the Seller the commission as if unconditional contracts had been exchanged. In such circumstances the date unconditional contracts shall be deemed to have been exchanged shall be the date the Seller withdraws instructions in writing.
