    Steven has developed a wealth of experience since joining DS&H in the mid '90s and has worked at our Keighley & Saltaire offices before moving to Bingley in 2007. A Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents Steven has also attained a Diploma in Residential Estate Agency, studying at The University of Reading College of Estates Management .

    Daniel joined Dacres Bingley as Office Manager in 2017, he has a wealth of estate agency experience having previously manged a branch for a national corporate agency within Ilkley and the Wharfe Valley and has a fantastic knowledge of the local Bingley market and Aire Valley and is best placed to offer both our vendors and buyers the local property market information.Growing up in Harrogate Daniel has lived now for many years more locally in Baildon. He is a keen sports fan and golfer. Daniel also graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a degree in marketing, a qualification he proudly associates with his position to help drive the marking of all our Bingley properties for sale.

    Louise joined Dacres in 1996 giving her 22 years of experience. Louise loves living in Bingley with her partner Nick and three children. She has experience across a number of roles including negotiating as well as providing first-class market knowledge and administrative support for the sales team.
