Having founded the company over a decade ago in nearby Watford, Ben now runs DKH's Rickmansworth branch, bringing a wealth of local knowledge and expertise to DKH's compelling offering. -

Samuel Dey, DirectorWith over two decades of experience working within the property industry, Sam's skill set extends to all aspects of the sales process.
Having worked in North London and set up offices in Central London and now Hertfordshire, Sam has developed an extensive knowledge of the industry as a whole. -

Nick Price, Sales ConsultantNick has recently joined the team in Rickmansworth, having worked across the Home Counties and London markets for the past 20 years in various sales, lettings, new homes and land acquisition roles.
He is someone who truly cares about the customer experience and prides himself on building relationships with sellers and buyers alike.In his spare time, Nick likes to spend time with his son or looking after his Mum who lives in nearby Chipperfield. -

Caroline Fuller, Sales and Lettings ConsultantCaroline is in her 20th year in Estate Agency. Her experience before joining DKH was part of a team of highly successful letting agents. She has been with the company for 5 years now and is a huge asset on both the sales and lettings side of the business.
Caroline lives in nearby Chipperfield with her husband and two dogs. -

Grace Spence, Sales ProgressorGrace joined the team in 2023, having worked in the area for other agencies in a sales negotiator role, Grace found her true love for the job was guiding buyers and sellers through the legal process and dealing with the trials and tribulations that come with that part of the process.
Her calm, patient and positive personality make her perfect for the job and we're delighted to have her as part of the team.
Outside of work, Grace lives with her twin sister Amy in nearby Chesham and frequents the local pubs for a Sunday Lunch with their parents.Grace loves to travel, some of her favourite trips are to the Amalfi Coast, particularly Sorrento! -
Team Member
Chloe Potter, Marketing Co-OrdinatorChloe recently joined the team, and is based in the Rickmansworth Office.
Her role is all encompassing, from taking pictures of all the new Sales and Lettings listings, to running the Social Media accounts, planning marketing campaigns, designing brochures and flyers and copywriting online and offline marketing materials.
Outside of work, Chloe socialises with her friends and boyfriend and loves quiet nights in with her cat, Peppa.
Chloe loves to travel, in fact when she joined the company, she was actually recovering from malaria picked up from a recent trip to Cape Verde!
