    All members of the negotiating team have a minimum of 12 years experience, in the local residential property market.

    Mark Brown FNAEA
    Mark has worked in the local property market for over thirty years. He proudly opened the doors of Ensum Brown in 1988 with his partner Stephen Ensum. Mark started his career in Epping and moved to Ware in 1978 to join a local chartered surveyors and estate agents WH Lee & Co. Mark is a fellow member of the National Association of estate agents and still lives locally with his family in the village of Standon, As a Partner he deals with all types of property but has a wealth of knowledge of country properties and land.

    Stephen Ensum . FNAEA. APCS.
    Steve started in estate agency in the late 1970's working for the area's leading chartered surveyors, W H Lee & Co. In 1988 Steve set up Ensum Brown with Mark Brown. His knowledge of the local area has been built up over the last 30 years and now takes responsibility for the running of our successful Fine and Country department. Steve is a fellow of the National Association of Estates Agents and a member of the Property Consultants society. Steve lives locally in Hertford and has three children. He has a keen interest in sport particularly rugby and cricket although these days it's purely as a spectator.

    Donna Ensum
    Donna has been in estate agency since the mid 1980's and has worked in both the commercial and residential property markets in the East Herts area. During the 1990's she changed career and managed a very successful recruitment consultancy in Hertford. Married to Steve they have three daughters and Donna takes a leading role in the running of the firm with a particular emphasis on making sure our clients receive the service they deserve.
