    Over the last few years GSC Grays have been heavily involved in advising on the development potential of clients' property. In light of the changing planning environment we offer a pro-active service, working with other advisers to maximise value and to ease the planning process.

    The publication of the National Planning Policy Framework in 2012 and the recent widening of the Permitted Development Rights, has radically altered the planning environment to provide excellent opportunities for the promotion of development sites at all scales.     Andrea has worked in Estate Agency all her working life.     Sarah started working in estate agency in 1993 as sales administrator with General Accident Property Services (a large corporate agent), who later became Your Move. Having stayed with them for many years Sarah worked her way through the ranks from Negotiator through to Senior Negotiator, Valuation Manager and then Branch Manager covering the Leicestershire area. In 2011 she moved to Windsor Berkshire with her husbands' job and started work for The Frost Partnership in Windsor in 2011 as a Senior Negotiator and Valuer.       "We decided to put our house on the market in February 2014. Prior to valuations we did research ourselves and came to our conclusion of a sensible and fair asking price. We were very keen to achieve a quick sale at the true value of the property, not to put it on the market over priced and have months of wasted viewings. We selected agents to carry out valuations. Our selection was based on a number of factors:

      • some local knowledge having previously visited homes as potential buyers and witnessed first hand the complete lack of follow up by some local agents
