Gascoigne Halman is a private company established in 1990 with the aim to excel in all aspects of property transfer. The Bramhall office has been run by Matthew Clark for almost 10 years. Matthew has over 17 years’ experience in the residential market and is backed by a team of qualified and experienced staff members, Rachel, Samantha, Judith and Pru who, along with Matthew, are happy to discuss your requirements when either purchasing or selling a property.
Bramhall itself is a diverse market with property prices ranging from £100,000 to £2.5 million. The area has always proved to be a popular location to live in due to its schools both state and private, excellent communication links with the motorway, Manchester international airport and the regular train network all being easily accessible. The village centre provides a variety of restaurants, coffee bars and shops.

In addition to our core services the company also has a survey department and a Private Finance division which is directly regulated by the Financial Services Authority and therefore able to offer a truly independent service.
