Marketing Your Property
We recognise that your property needs maximum exposure and we use a variety of marketing tools to sell your home.
Online Media - Your property will be advertised on Rightmove, the UK's largest property portal. Alongside this we will advertise the property on our own user friendly and informative website.
Social Media - We will display your property on our regularly updated Facebook and Twitter pages.
Full Colour Brochures - Many buyers will decide to view a property based on the photographs and first impression of a property they see advertised. This is why we believe it is vital to display your property with a great deal of vivid and attractive photographs, supported with appealing descriptions.
Window Display - With our prominent town centre office and large window space, we are able to showcase you property with A4 and A3 LED property details.
Local Press - We often advertise within the local newspapers. Albeit we do find that the vast majority of enquiries come via the internet, but for those who look forward to the Property Sections on a Thursday we are often present with a full colour page advert.
For Sale Boards - We are great believers that having a For Sale board present at a property can make a difference. You never know, a neighbour may know someone or have family looking to move to the area, the milkman or postman may be looking to move. With our newly designed 'hangman' style boards, this is another option for our clients to choose.
Property Alerts - With our up-to-date Estate Agency system we are able to email property details out to the many hundreds of buyers registered with us. It is often the case that we receive enquiries from our property alerts even before the property is listed on Rightmove.
EPC's & Floor-plans - You would require an Energy Performance Certificate when selling, these last for ten years and can be re-used if you purchased the property within this time. We often find that especially with larger or deceptive properties that Floor-Plans can be a helpful tool to display the accommodation on offer. We can arrange both of these for you upon request.
This can often be the most stressful part of the process. Upon agreeing a sale we will recommend local solicitors that we know and trust. With regular calls to solicitors and agents we can provide you with updates on the progress of the sale and chain involved (if applicable).
