    David Goundry ARLA Manager

    David has been in Lettings for 8 years and also is qualified to produce inventories as well although we usually outsource this element giving an independent element.David, joined in 2009, initially on a part time basis. Again taking to the business like a duck to water and with expansion of the department David joined full time in 2010. David has completed his technical award for Residential Lettings & Management and is APIP qualified.

    Emma has been with goundrys lettings since its inception in 2007 and has also passed the technical award. Emma ensures that our landlords receive their monies promptly as after all its not our money!

    Linda joined Orchard Cottages in 1988 which had been set up mainly as a holiday let business and developed into one of the first Letting Agents south and west of Truro. A Member of the NAEA for over 20 years Linda has also been the ARLA Representative for Cornwall for many years and offers a wealth experience.
