Sophia is a member of ARLA and looks after all things rental here at Grace Estate Agents. Karen Ward - Sales ProgressorKaren is the Sales Progressor at Grace Estate Agents. She has gained a wealth of experience in the property market, working in conveyancing and estate agency for over 35 years. Her warm and friendly manner and extensive knowledge enable her to offer the high level of customer service that Grace Estate Agents pride themselves in offering to all their clients. During her time working in the industry Karen has built up good relationships with local solicitors, surveyors, new build vendors and other estate agents alike. Karen is proud to have been with the company from the outset and is a key member of the team, dealing with the sales progression, whose aim is to make the process of buying and selling as smooth and stress free as possible, for both vendors and purchasers. A sales progressor, as the name suggests, Karen takes on the task of moving a property sale through to completion once an offer has been accepted. Karen can help shorten the period between offer and exchange, by acting as both a point of contact for parties involved in the sale, and the person who chases all these people to get the job done. Without a dedicated sales progressor in place, things may get missed or left to the last minute, and this could cause an extended time frame which can often give either party an opportunity to pull out of the deal. Karen knows how stressful moving can be, and can handle any hiccups and problems that may arise. -
