    Christina Lipper
    Christina joined Grange London in March 2022. 
    Christina's estate agency and property management career started in 2006 and has gained extensive experience working for both independent and larger corporate agencies. 
    She has joined the team to build on an already expanding lettings and property management department.
    Her warm approach and widespread knowledge enables Christina to deliver exceptional customer service. 
    Christina joined Grange London in March 2022, and was swiftly promoted to Head of Lettings in March 2023.
    She is currently working towards her ARLA Propertymark Level 3 qualification.

      Ben Stroud, Director & Co-Founder of Grange London has a career in the real estate industry spanning some 18 years with extensive experience of the London Residential Property market in both agency and new development roles. Most notably he spent 16 years with global property giant JLL where he ran their Canary Wharf agency office, Central London new homes sales team and built their International Residential Business in the Middle East. He has worked with and advised several of London's largest developers. His experience of the central London market and extensive network of UHNW families will be a vital ingredient in Grange London becoming a market leader.

      Mez Callender
      Mez Callender, Director & Co-Founder of Grange London, started his career in the Real Estate industry over 17 years ago. Since then he has developed extensive knowledge and an astute understanding of the Paddington property market.
      He brings a fresh approach to inner-city living and investment under the Grange London brand.
      Mez has the expertise and knowledge of the Paddington market to offer his clients superior advice, exceed expectations and elevate life for the homeowners, investors, landlords and tenants with whom he connects.
      Over the past 11 years, Mez has worked with European Land and Property who are the development managers of the 11 acre Merchant Square Estate in Paddington, Central London. 
      A mixed-use Estate in London's West End that is currently occupied by nearly 10,000 workers and residents. 
      Merchant Square, W2 is ideally placed to provide a much needed focus and sense of place. 
      Mez's passion for real estate has enabled him to build an extensive contact list and he has sold many of Paddington Basin's apartment's once over. 
      His final role as Sales Director oversaw the completion of the No.3 Canalside Walk residential development. 
      Grange London sold the final apartments within the project for the developer and are now the go to lettings agent with the building.
      Hailing from a background in elite residential sales, Mez has worked for Hamptons International, JLL and is known as one of the go-to estate agents in Paddington Basin for clients looking to secure their next investment or home, in a professional yet discrete manner.
      Leveraging his skills, networks and experience, Mez will always connect the right property to the right buyer, tenant or landlord.
