As part of our continuing endeavours to provide our client landlords with as much protection as possible, we offer Rent Guarantee and Legal Expense insurance. In the unlikely event of the tenant falling in to arrears and submission of a valid claim, the insurance policy will cover up to 7 months rent or until vacant possession has been gained, whichever happens soonest. Legal Expenses will also be covered in the pursuit or defence of civil claims. Exclusions and limits of cover apply and should you require further information please request a copy of the Policy wording.

TENANTS will be pleased to note that standards set by HRD Residential Lettings are high and as such tenants may be assured the properties under our management will be compliant with all current regulations and legislation. Our register of properties spans the entire spectrum of accommodation from small affordable studio apartments starting from £300pcm to 5 bedroom period houses at £2000pcm.
