    RICS Homebuyer Report and Valuation Reports

    The RICS Homebuyer Report identifies what the surveyor considers as the most important issues that you should be aware of. By applying condition ratings of red, amber and green to the elements of the building, services, garages and outbuildings, etc, our surveyor will tell you whether the defects are serious or urgent. It also includes the surveyor's opinion of market value and reinstatement cost for your insurance purposes.

    You may only require an independent assessment of the property's value and this report includes a limited inspection, similar to a mortgage valuation.

    We also carry out valuation surveys for a variety of other purposes such as commercial valuation, landlord and tenant, marriage value, energy performance certificates, planning advice, feasibility studies etc..

    Louise is extremely knowledgeable in all property matters in particular the sales process and is there to assist in keeping the sale on track through successfully managing the relationship between buyer, seller and their respective solicitors.

    Having moved to the Island from Surrey, Maddie joined the team at Hose Rhodes Dickson straight from sixth form, having undertaken some work experience, where she first got the chance to develop a real passion for the property industry. Maddie enjoys the challenges that every day brings and has been amazed by the wide range and variety of wonderful properties that the Island has to offer. Maddie loves meeting new people, especially being given the chance to help them in their journey to find their dream home.
