      Teana Hampson MNAEA - Director
      Teana began her career in estate agency in 2004 straight after she bought her first home at 21 and has had a passion for property ever since. Initially Teana worked in a small town in Lincolnshire, for a large corporate estate agency and loved every second, visiting many different properties from Victorian town houses to farms with acres of land.

      Teana was promoted and relocated to Leicester in 2008 where she worked for an independent agent, basically being given the keys and told to do her best. Well... it wasn't long before they were market leader and this continued for many years.

      After having her daughter, Teana decided that now was the time to spread her wings and Hampsons Estate Agents was launched in 2020, going from strength to strength and in 2023 Teana opened her second office, covering Charnwood and North Leicester.

      Matthew Lacey - Director
      Matthew has joined our team as a Director and is responsibe for our new office located in Birstall covering Leicester North and Charnwood and you will also find him out and about, carrying out the majority of the valuations in the Leicester Forest East area. 

      Matthew has worked in estate agency since 2006 and has vast experience in both corporate and independent estate agencies across Yorkshire, Cheshire and the East Midlands bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience. Matthew currently lives in North Leicestershire with his family and has an in-depth knowledge of the area.

      When he's not at work, Matthew enjoys playing both cricket and football with local teams and spending time with his wife and his son Wilfred.
