    Janette Churchill has 20 years experience in estate agency all of which has been spent working for Howards, running both the Long Stratton and Poringland offices.

    Office Manager - Dawn Sadler
    Dawn has worked in the industry in excess of 30 years, starting as an office junior/trainee negotiator in a small market town in Lincolnshire, progressing with the same company to senior negotiator in the city of Peterborough. She made the move to Norfolk in 1985 when her husband moved with his work. Following the aquisition of the agency she working for by Howards, Dawn joined their Great Yarmouth office team in 1995 as senior negotiator with promotion to office manager shortly after, making the move to their Norwich office in 2000.

    After completing a Business Studies NVQ at Norwich City College, Helen first joined Howards in 1995 as a Trainee Negotiator. Helen has also gained the Technical Award in Residential Sales.
