      Stuart has lived in the local area for many years and started his career in Estate Agency with Howards back in 2004, following a very successful and consistent award winning 'sales' background.

      Stuart now manages the Gorleston office with a very experienced team and with continued enthusiasm, motivation and a hard working approach, Stuart is determined to build upon their strong and great reputation within the industry.       Office Manager - Bobbie MNAEA
      Bobbie started her varied and interesting career in 1961 as an Opticians receptionist with D.R. Grey in Norwich and in 1964 joined their Instrument Division as secretary to the Managing Director and Sales Manager.

      In 1967 Bobbie moved to London working part-time as a secretary for the Environmental Studies Department at University College London. On returning to Great Yarmouth in 1975, she joined a firm of Solicitors as a receptionist/audio typist until 1978 when she moved to Devon working for the National Farmers Union.

      Returning to Great Yarmouth in 1979, Bobbie secured a position with Howards Estate Agents as a receptionist/negotiator and 36 years later, having seen many changes in the market and technology, continues to enjoy her career as office manager with enthusiasm, motivation and experience and feels that customer care, support and guidance is of the highest importance.

      Bobbie is married with a daughter, stepson, four grandchildren and a great-grandson.

      Senior Sales Negotiator - Amy MNAEA
      Amy decided a career engaging with people would be her vocation and started as an Office Junior for an established independent Estate Agent in 2007, joining Howards as a Senior Negotiator in 2010.

      Amy has developed an enhanced understanding of the business in difficult market conditions with continued enthusiasm and motivation. She now holds a membership with the National Association of Estate Agents to further reinforce her dedication and expertise within the industry and competently displays high levels of customer service when dealing with both Vendors and Applicants on a daily basis.

      PROPERTY MANAGER - Rachel
      Rachel has worked for Howards Residential Lettings since 2001 and has been part-time since 2009. She had previous experience in the property management sector where she has previously worked for a Gas Engineers/Plumbers and Roofing Contractors Company as a Secretary/Personal Assistant. Rachel has a good working relationship with both landlords and tenants and is always ready to help and assist in all aspects of the lettings role. Rachel has lived in Great Yarmouth and Gorleston all her life and is very familiar with the area and can advise prospective tenants and landlords of areas that are suitable for their requirements including local amenities.

      Senior Negotiator - Gemma
      After studying business studies at East Norfolk Sixth Form College, Gemma started an apprenticeship in June 2013 at one of our leading offices in Gorleston, where the welcoming and knowledgeable team helped her with training in all aspects of Estate Agency. Gemma spent many years as an artistic roller skater, competing around the country and was given an opportunity to represent Great Britain abroad. Nearly 4 and a half years at the company, Gemma says 'I am now a Senior Sales Negotiator at Howards and am very passionate about my job, and thrive on customer satisfaction. I am very proud to be a part of such a great, hardworking team and company. I am looking forward to my future here at Howards'. Away from work, Gemma enjoys shopping and spending time with family and friends!

      Sophie has joined our busy, hardworking team in Gorleston as an apprentice. She is very enthusiastic and has proved to be a valuable asset to the team already. Sophie says 'I am really enjoying all aspects of my role at Howards, I feel I have gained a lot of knowledge and skills. I am extremely keen to progress further within the business and am thankful to my colleagues for supporting me in my role'. Sophie has previously spent time working abroad as a Nanny, as well as other local jobs which have built her customer service skills and confidence.

      Head Of Property Management - Jacquie
      Jacquie is a member of ARLA which is the Association of Residential Letting Agents. She has an NVQ Level 3 in Property Administration and a NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service, and has been involved in the Lettings Industry for approximately fifteen years. She believes in having good customer care relationships with both landlords and tenants to whom we have a duty of care and giving a good service to all. Jacquie and her family have lived in Great Yarmouth for the last thirty five years and knows the area very well, she has also dealt with Lettings in the Lowestoft and surrounding areas.

      Lynne first joined John Howard & Partners in 1974 as a Junior Shorthand Typist and gained experience in all departments of Sales, Lettings and Surveys. After several years at home raising a family and enjoying time on her hobbies of knitting, sewing and gardening, Lynne returned to work in the Lettings Department of Howards in 1995. She has since qualified as a member of M.A.R.L.A. and has an NVQ 2 in Customer Services. Lynne is always available in the office to deal with any problems or repairs reported by tenants.

      Yvette comes from a previous banking background and commenced working for Howards at our Lowestoft office in 2002 as an Accounts Administrator.
