    Hunters North Manchester is owned and run by Paul Lawson-Martin (Mba). Paul opened the estate agency back in 2016 and quickly became a well-respected name in the area. In July 2020, Paul and his team joined the Hunters brand knowing this would enable them to keep the business moving forward, offering better technology and marketing whilst keeping the excellent levels of customer service at which the company has always excelled.

Hunters North Manchester will go above and beyond for our clients, offering bespoke marketing packages and working closely with our clients to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. We can offer both conveyancing and financial services from our independent partners, knowing that a good working relationship makes for better customer service.

    In addition to residential sales, we have a dedicated lettings team.     After many years' experience in the business world, and gaining a Masters Degree in Business Management and Leadership, Paul opened his first Estate Agents in 2015; quickly going from strength to strength, he soon became a well-known and well respected figure in the industry. Paul is passionate about excellent customer service and, together with sound business sense and his own brand of friendliness and humor he leads from the front, ensuring the whole team provide a winning service to the North Manchester area. Joining Hunters was an easy decision as it allowed Paul to keep the local and independent feel of the team whilst benefiting from the backing of the Hunters network. Outside of work Paul is a big fan of the great outdoors; he is involved with, and sponsors, the local youth football teams and cricket team and enjoys nothing more than spending time with his family.

    Joanne Lawson-Martin - Lettings Manager
    Joanne has been an integral part of the team from the outset - she originally divided her time between office management and Lettings and is now the Lettings Manager. Gaining qualifications during her time with the company she has expanded her role and now also deals with Sales. Joanne spends her free time with her family and is a keen horsewoman.

    Nicole has joined our growing team as a Sales Progressor and Negotiator. Bringing experience and her signature "go to" attitude she has quickly become a firm favourite with buyers and sellers, working with them to ensure a smooth transaction process. Outside of work Nicole enjoys socialising with friends and catching up on the latest box sets.
