We provide all the basic estate agency services at a fixed upfront fee which is very similar to the online only agents you will have seen on TV and online.

    Our second package the Traditional package this is a full traditional estate agency service that the majority of customers feel works the best. This package works on a no sale no fee basis and is payable on completion of the property process. For those that don't have the time or know how and would prefer the agent to deal with all the complications of selling your home this is the one for you.

    The third and final package is the Premium package which is aimed at our executive country homes. Generally, for properties over the £650,000 price band. Here we provide everything from our traditional package with the added executive add-ons you will find from the premium estate agents.

    Part Exchange & Express Move.

    Our Express Move service is a service we offer to clients who are in an immediate rush to sell. We have a number of independent companies who are able to make an offer on your home within a 7 to 14-day period. They can also turn around the process and exchange and complete within less than 28 days. This is also dependant on access to the property and the seller ensuring they complete all the relevant paperwork.

    These companies work by offering you a fast sale cash purchase. They usually have a number of basic minimum requirements which we can go over in more details on the initial valuation visit.

    We have a number of builder and developers that also offer a similar service. Express Move and Part Exchange services can be great for people who need to move immediately or for those that really don't want to or have to wait to be sold. For many the thought of having lots of viewings or having to make sure the house is at its best isn't an option. This can be for a variety of reasons, ill health, financial, relocation or circumstance changes. For those the express move and part exchange services can be worth the reduced sale price offered.

    The biggest draw back with anything you have to fast is that you won't necessarily get the full market value for your property. In 85% of cases the amount offered on an express move or part exchange basis is approximately between 85-95% of the full market value of the home, sometimes this figure may even be less. You really do need to think about ensuring this is the right service to use.

  • Introduction

    The J. Richards Team.

    Our founder and manager is Sarah Gill. She has been in the property industry for over 12 years, specialising in selling and listing new build and executive country homes. Having started out in estate agency and seeing the bumps and turns in the property market over the years she is well experienced to deal with all and any questions you may have.

    Jonathan Gill is the Technical Manager and deals with all of the behind the scenes website and technical details. Jonathan has been in the computing industry over 20 years and has been extremely successful in forward thinking business approaches.

    Layla Pettit is our Sales Consultant and has a long history of experience in the customer services industry as well as marketing. This with her wonderful personality and passion for property and people is why we knew she was perfect for the role and joined  our little team as soon as we could have her.

    Chelsea Rose is our administrator and progressor. She has been in the property industry for over 15 years dealing predominantly with progressing executive properties. She is on hand to help the process from sale to completion go smoothly as well as making sure all your documentation is received and processed.

    The team at 10 Ninety is our back-end office team. They deal with and enable us to use a structured system when dealing with all the administrative side of Estate agency.

    Premiere Property Lawyers is our partnered conveyancing team and we have a dedicated conveyancer Zoe Mc Culloch who is also a long standing qualified professional who will deal directly with all your conveyancing needs. Zoe is backed up by the PPL administrative team and account manager so she also has her very own team to support her.
